Let's establish a brief.

After listening and spending time with you, I will put together a return brief, outlining a potential scope of works.​

Let's agree on fees.

A fee proposal will be prepared at your request, should you agree with the brief and scope of works.

Some projects require work from concept to full documentation.  Others require guided and curated shopping trips and furniture selections and procurement. Some are about plan reviews only, and others are all encompassing.  

Your needs will be captured in the brief and reflected in the fees, either fixed, hourly or retainer. I have the flexibility to meet your brief and budget, to ensure you are comfortable and understand the process and deliverables.
